This site — whether you're visiting via cacananta.com, ovcinsights.com, or one of its subdomains — is a place where I share professional, creative, and community-driven work. It’s also a space I try to keep respectful, simple, and low-drama.

This page gives you the human-readable version of how I manage the site, protect your privacy, and what’s expected in return.

In Short

1. I respect your privacy.

I don’t collect personal data unless you choose to reach out (say, through a contact form). I’m not tracking your every click, and I don’t have the time, tools, or desire to know what else you’ve browsed today. If you don’t voluntarily submit info, I won’t collect any.

2. If you email me or fill out a form…

That’s different — and you should know your message becomes part of our exchange. I may keep your message or use it to respond, but I won’t sell or share it.

3. Be a decent human online.

Please don’t use this site to post, transmit, or link to anything offensive, illegal, or spammy. If there’s ever a feature that lets you interact publicly (forums, comments, etc.), I reserve the right to moderate, remove, or block anything that crosses a line.

4. Ownership & copyright.

All content on this site — words, images, design — is mine (unless otherwise noted) or are free stock photos from Squarespace. You’re welcome to quote or share with attribution, but don’t copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission. Let’s respect creative work, including each other’s.

5. Links go outward too.

I sometimes link to other sites — organizations I’m affiliated with, articles, or creative projects. When you follow those links, you're leaving my website and entering someone else’s domain (literally and legally). Please check their privacy practices too.

6. Children under 13 — heads up.

This isn’t a site meant for children under 13. If you're that young, and I’m not selling children’s books, this probably isn't the most exciting corner of the internet for you anyway.

7. Security & Squarespace.

This site is hosted by Squarespace, which handles its own technical backend and analytics. I don’t actively analyze visitor data, but Squarespace might log visits to keep things running smoothly. That said, no website can promise 100% security — so always be thoughtful when you submit info online.

8. Changes may happen.

Terms and policies evolve. If anything changes, I’ll update this page. Continued use means you agree to those updates.
